it’s really special and i wanna do something extra unique with it. suggestions please!
thanks!
Are you talking about the 28mm Swarovski Star Pendant that is being sold for about $5?
You can make it as a charm (for cell phone, bags) or use it as part of your jewellery design. If you use smaller stars or moons around it, you could make it stand out even more.
He could get a cute necklace & ring or necklace & bracelet set from Kohls or somewhere

Do you like these? I got them today for my bday and i was jw if everyone else liked them? I also have the matching necklace that i got for christmas. also won’t they go with just about anything? thanks.
The earings and necklace are both really nice! I think if you get a nice top of just one colour (for example, a baby blue, grass green or dark pink) the necklace would look really nice against it. Necklaces and earings like that would probably be able to go with anything, but it’s best to stick to one colour instead of patterns.
That is, if you don’t have access to a gem expert or advanced tools. Are there some simple things that you can do to determine the basic properties of a genuine gem?
simply consult a gem expert
I know Topaz is a silicate mineral of aluminum and fluorine, and aquamarine is a variety of beryl. But besides their composites, what is the difference between them? What makes them different stones? I have a ring and I don’t know if it is blue topaz or aquamarine and I would like to know…
Beryl and topaz are two entirely different minerals. Beryl belongs to the hexagonal crystal system, topaz to the orthorhombic crystal system. What that means is that the way the elements bond together in each crystal is different. Emeralds are a variety of beryl. I could go into more detail, but that would probably bore you. The color comes from trace elements trapped in the mineral crystal lattice. The only difference between a sapphire and ruby is which trace element is trapped in between the crystal lattice of corundum. The only way to tell what you have in your ring is to take it to a jeweler who is also a licensed/registered mineralogist or gemologist.

I have two rings, both are white gold with aquamarine stones and diamonds. If I wear them in the tanning bed does this have any affect on them? Should I take them off? I’m afraid I’ll lose them!
My mom told me that the gold would melt. i don’t think it is very safe for your skin. you should just take the rings off, besides, you don’t want the tan line there anyways.
I have to dress up like for a job interview for a presentation in school on Monday. I’m thinking about wearing black pants and a red shirt with a aquamarine corduroy jacket, but I think black and aquamarine might clash?
black and aquamarine is major cute together. red with the aquamarine would clash but if it was teal with red it would be cute.
I’m looking for a good place online since I’m on base for a while…
Just go to a site that lists a bunch of places like
http://top-rated.webexpresslane.com/jewelry1.html
and comparison shop. If you want to buy anything, maybe google the company’s name to check its reputation first.
I have an aqumarine ring and a pendant, I also have an aqua saphire that have all clouded and faded to almost white in color but the jewelry store did not know why, she suggested it could be something in my system that is causing it because she has never seen that happen before. Does anyone have any answers or possible suggestions of what the problem is? I do not shower in any of them so i know it is not water that is causing the cloudyness. Someone Help!
Thank you Brittney…but no i have not left it in the sun at all. I always wear it and I am not in the sun very often, especially since winter is just ending. Any other suggestions?
Did u leave it out in the sun?
