One of the cheapest ways to lose weight is to walk a lot.  Another cheap way to firm up is to do yoga - if you can learn it from a good dvd or book.  I have this pretty awesome book called Om Yoga Today by Cyndi Lee - it is built kind of like a spiral notebook so it stays open.  I found it in the bargain books section in a bookstore, so I was able to pick it up for pretty cheap (like $5). 		<description>The classic way diet and exercise - it is slow and it is grueling and alot of times it wont seem worth it but it will be in the end - try skipping (  jumping rope ) it burns alot of caliories , dance around ( even if you wont infront of people) its fun and burn caliories ! and invest in some ankle weights ( 8 dollars at any local walmart) that will tone your legs and help you lose alot of weight where the weight whenever your pants are covering your legs ( not wqhen whereing a skirt or something) and where them faithfully it will help best of luck&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
