I am enthusiastic whit birthstone now, but I just approach them few days ago, so it is difficult to associate there rocks name and what they look like.
I thought that maybe I could find the color of all gemstones out first, to hope me remember them.

Could you please tell me the colors of there rocks that garnet, amethyst, aquamarine, diamond, emerald, moonstone, pearl, ruby, peridot, sapphire, opal, tourmaline, topaz, citrine, and turquoise.

peridot=yellow-green
sapphire=dk blue
opal=white
tourmaline=usually black
citrine=yellow
turquoise=blue green

   garnet, dark red
   aquamarine, pale blue
   emerald, green
   pearl, white, pink, brown, gray – lots of varieties depending on what ocean
   ruby, sapphire, opal,
   turquoise.blue/green w specks of brownish tones
