Repeat question: Bridesmaid Jewelery, can’t decide?

This is my bridesmaid dresses in blue moon (a sort of darker French blue) with a fawn ribbon;

We were thinking these pieces from Tiffany’s; we went and saw them yesterday. Do they match the dress? And do you personally like the pieces, are they wearable again?

Drop pendant with pear-shaped and octagonal aquamarines (carat total weight 1.45) and a round brilliant diamond in 18k white gold. On a 16" inch chain. (It’s exactly the same as the earrings below)

Drop earrings with aquamarine (carat total weight 3.1) and round brilliant diamonds in 18k white gold, for pierced ears.

The girls are rather small, size 2 at 5′8 and 4 at 5′11 if that matters, they wouldn’t fall very long on them (when I was trying one on, size 2 at 5′5, it fell to about where the dress models necklace is.
I already brought the swatch with me, it is much lighter in person, but thank you for the concern.

Also they are being custom made by the designer of the line, so I dont know if the colors are exactly the same on the site.

I like them but I agree that they might clash with the swatches. Maybe get an actual swatch from your dress shop and take them in to compare because the colors on the computer can differ alot. I think if they dont clash with the material then they will be perfect!!! but I do love them and definately think they can and will be reworn! I love the dress too by the way! Good luck!!!

What do you think of these peice for BMs?

This is my bridesmaid dresses in cloud (a sort of french blue) with a fawn ribbon;

We were thinking (obviously not making a decision until we go to the store and see it) these pieces from Tiffany’s. Do they match the dress? And do you personally like the pieces, are they wearable again?

http://www.kaboodle.com/hi/img/2/0/0/a6/a/AAAAAt6nB40AAAAAAKaqGw.jpg

Drop earrings with aquamarine (carat total weight 3.1) and round brilliant diamonds in 18k white gold, for pierced ears.

Both of my girls are rather small girls, size 2 and 4 if that matters.

I think that both of those pieces are very beautiful and elegant. They are beautiful dresses as well.
I think with a dress like that the simple pieces that you picked out will look the best. You don’t want to overdo it.
Maybe you could think about getting them a nice small comb for their hair as well….

Do you like these?

Am I being romantic enough to me girlfriend?

Posted by admin on August 7th, 2009 and filed under aquamarine earrings | 2 Comments »

We only went on 2 dates in a month because of her racist parents, but we’re getting around them. She’s getting rides with friends to see me so we can meet. stuff like that. For example, her best friend(sorta mine too) gave her a ride and hung out wit us(my best friend came to) as we hung out at a roller rink. For her birthday, I got her aquamarine earrings, a stuffed dog, and 1 of my hoodies with a love poem inside. Her best friend took a pic of us there. I have a feeling that I’m not being much romantic to her, because we haven’t really hugged or kissed yet. we only hugged twice. From this, it brings my question. Am I being romantic enough?

for being together for only a month, you might be a little too romantic…
but you’re doin a good job

Am I being romantic enough to my girlfriend?

You sound like a wonderful boyfriend, but I think your definition of romance needs to be retooled. It isn’t kissing or hugging or touching each other or anything like that. The most romantic thing for a girl is a boyfriend who does exactly like you do – who goes all out to be able to see her, to be willing to go against the odds for her. Yeah, hugs and kisses are nice, but they’ll come when you guys are comfortable enough with each other.

So yes, I think you are far out and beyond being romantic enough. Don’t worry about not having kissed her yet. The moment will come. Don’t rush it, and don’t think you’re unromantic because it hasn’t come yet! You and your girl have something special and everything you’re doing is perfect the way it is.

High quality earrings?

Posted by admin on August 4th, 2009 and filed under aquamarine earrings | 2 Comments »

My frienemy got her ears pierced two weeks ago. She said that her earrings were of a much higher quality than mine. Hers are just a ball of gold and mine are aquamarine studs with a gold post. I just don’t get it. I got my ears pierced the day before yesterday and the person who pierced my ears said nothing about this "plain gold is of a much higher quality than a gem" nonsense. Is my frienemy telling lies?

She is not necessarily telling lies, she believe what she is saying,

That does not mean it is true
