I want it to be special like all the other two gifts I gave her. I gave her a aquamarine gem stone three times the size of a baseball from my gemstone collection because it was the best gem stone I had, she was born in March, and it was sort of a thank you gift for loving me as a friend during a time I wasn’t very love-able. And then I am going to give her a sterling silver necklace with a dolphin pendant for X-Mas( I remembered that she likes the ocean+marine life, as do I) and I know she is just going to love it. But now I don’t know what to give her for her birthday next year on March 5th! Price doesn’t matter since I can afford a lot of things teenage girls her age and more specially she likes. I just need some suggestions, something meaningful + sweet and more prefferbly shiny, she likes shiny

I think a girl should like you for you and not what you can buy for her. A gift like this is usually something given to a love that you are already in a relationship with.

I am looking at getting my girlfriends a necklace for her birthday. I was wondering what you thought of this style. I am stuck between the emerald and the aquamarine one (pictures at the links below).

I’m getting a fair mix of "thats beautiful" and "thats horrid." I wasnt sure what girls would think of it, which is exactly why I asked. And in response to one of the answers, I already checked out Tiffany’s, I wasnt really impressed by any of those necklaces. But if anyone has any alternate suggestions, please feel free to share. I obviously dont buy jewelry that often so I can use all the help I can get.

I think the aquamarine in beautiful. If she has blue or light color eyes get the aquamarine. If she has green or dark color eyes get the Emerald. It will make her eyes pop

Well, I can’t find the picture online, but it’s a plaid button-up short-sleeve shirt, in neon aquamarine and black. (the base of the shirt is neon aqua.) The scarf is black with a bunch of silver threads through it. It is the kind of scarf you would just throw around your neck, no styling. I don’t know which jeans to wear, though. Should I wear my gray skinny jeans or dark wash flares? I would wear htis necklace, too:

Grey skinny jeans sound good with black boots to match your scarf. Black skinny jeans would work as well.

Okay, I bought a necklace extremely cheap at a store, and I was wondering what it’s real worth could be, because I have a feeling it isn’t worth just $5.

The package says Inlay by Jezlaine, and it is a sterling silver necklace. The trinket or charm or whatever you want to call it is in the shape of a heart, and has what looks like a mini heart shaped pink pearl in the center of it, along with a light blue/aquamarine colored stone.
