Sticking to the Program

If you are now just getting into an exercise program while at the same time beginning to gain new and improved eating habits guided by one of the proven diets that work around then it is just a matter of time until you can slip into your own old jeans once again and this time for good. All you have to do now is to maintain the discipline you have now and you should get results soon. The hardest part of any diet is to come to the conclusion that you are going to stick to the program you have selected in order to achieve your desired results.
