The Workout Monsters In My Basement

Right when I got to a point where I totally slimmed down, I gained weight. But I’m not worried about it. This is the additional weight that my muscles are giving in contribution. That’s right, now that I have proven to myself, and to the world that I can lose 120 pounds, I just want to bulk up.

What I have done is really simple, instead of going to the gym, I got a home gym from a garage sale, and bought a new Air Climber. I now am a proud owner of two workouts monster that helps me with my cardio and weight training exercises.
